Lead Cwmd Planner

Join us as a senior strategist at the GS-15 level, focusing on global Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) efforts.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Maintain a global perspective on Combatant Command (CCMD) capabilities and CWMD requirements.
• Integrate CWMD strategies across CCMDs, ensuring a holistic approach to counter adversary WMD activities.
• Analyze national-level strategies and warfighting plans, adapting them to evolving threat environments.
• Maximize the effectiveness of agency operations, activities, and investments to achieve CCMD CWMD objectives.
• *Qualifications (GS-15 Level):**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level.
• Expert knowledge of OSD, Joint Staff, CCMDs, Military Services, Defense/Combat Support Agencies, and Interagency roles in CWMD.
• Expertise in the Joint Planning Process.
• In-depth understanding of US National Strategy, including the DoD Strategy to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction.
