IT Specialist (Network/Sysadmin)

Join the District of Columbia Army National Guard in a key role focused on cyber programs. This position requires mandatory membership in the DC Army National Guard and wearing a military uniform.

• *Responsibilities & Skills:**
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively and accurately.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate complex cyber programs.
• Develop, apply, and adjust cyber program plans to achieve objectives.
• Select, develop, and supervise subordinate staff.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.
• Deliver clear and concise oral and written presentations.
• Apply sound, independent judgment to solve cyber program problems and meet mission requirements.
• Utilize a broad knowledge of cyber principles, methods, techniques, and systems.
• Train, mentor, and problem-solve effectively.
• Interpret and apply program procedures and directives.

• Must be an eligible member of the District of Columbia Army National Guard.
• Resume must clearly detail all experience with accurate start and end dates (Month/Year) for all positions.
• Applicants exceeding the maximum military grade must be willing to accept an administrative reduction in grade.
