Manage and secure SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform, providing expert IT support and stakeholder collaboration.
Join our team as a Senior IT Administrator specializing in Microsoft collaboration platforms. This role requires a highly experienced professional to manage, secure, and optimize critical information technology systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective user support.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer SharePoint Online, including permissions, content management, and configuration.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform to enhance organizational productivity.
- Ensure platform security, staying current with the latest trends, features, and updates.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and ongoing issue resolution for complex IT challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide optimizing guidance and oversight to contractor teams.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated IT-related experience equivalent to a GS-12/13 federal level or comparable senior role.
- At least one year of specialized experience administering SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
- Proven ability to maintain security and stay current with platform updates and trends.
- Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
- Experience in stakeholder collaboration and managing contractor relationships.
