IT Program Manager (Custspt)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist (GS-13 equivalent) to lead strategic system analysis, development, and risk management for critical mission systems within the Department of Defense (DoD).

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze, evaluate, and develop system requirements, modifications, and change requests from a technical perspective.
• Review and recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection of change requests based on technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
• Identify risks and recommend enhancements for mission systems by reviewing DoD strategic plans and proposals.
• Develop long-range (5+ year) IT program goals, objectives, and measurement criteria.
• Evaluate and recommend actions on component programs and projects, ensuring alignment with DoD strategic directives.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance to management and specialists on critical portfolio issues.
• Lead and participate in working groups to design future mission partner information systems.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in Federal service, demonstrating the ability to perform the responsibilities listed above.
• IT-related experience demonstrating proficiency in the following four competencies:
