IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Plcypln/Infosec)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team, focusing on advanced cybersecurity initiatives. This role requires a strong background in leading cyber operations and strategic development.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and guide teams of cyber professionals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and guidelines.
• Design and execute exercise planning, test planning, and evaluations for complex systems.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness and complex management processes.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable experience in the private sector, demonstrating the ability to perform the duties outlined.
• Experience must clearly showcase the ability to lead cyber teams, develop security strategies, plan system evaluations, and improve program effectiveness.
