Job Description

Summary

Investigate complex issues, resolve evidence conflicts, and apply agency regulations to support administrative decisions.

This role requires an experienced professional to conduct complex investigative work, analyze evidence, and ensure administrative decisions comply with established regulations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Consolidate disparate facts and investigative materials.
  • Resolve conflicts in facts or evidence.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding on sensitive issues to gather sufficient evidence.
  • Support administrative decisions based on applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Minimum of 52 weeks of specialized experience at the CP-9/GS-11 level.
  • Demonstrated ability in:
* Synthesizing complex information and resolving evidentiary conflicts. * Developing information on sensitive issues through detailed fact-finding. * Extensive knowledge of the employing agency's laws, rules, regulations, and objectives.
