Summary
HR Specialist (Recruitment) to manage full lifecycle federal recruitment, advise managers, and apply HR policies.
Join our team as an HR Specialist specializing in Recruitment and Placement, supporting federal service operations. We are seeking professionals to manage and execute the full lifecycle of recruitment programs, from initial strategy to final placement.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct support to the recruitment process, applying federal HR policies, laws, and regulations.
- Utilize HR systems effectively and engage directly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Advise managers on hiring strategies, conduct job analyses, and draft vacancy announcements.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and make determinations for various positions.
- Offer technical guidance on merit promotion, pay administration, special hiring authorities, and alternative personnel systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex position management, classification, and recruitment challenges.
- *Required Qualifications & Experience:**
- Proven experience in HR recruitment and placement, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proficiency with federal HR policies, laws, and regulations related to staffing and recruitment.
- Experience with HR technology and systems.
- Strong communication, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough job analyses and make sound qualification determinations.
- Knowledge of special hiring authorities and alternative candidate sourcing methods.
