Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment And Placement)

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) to manage complex hiring processes. This role involves:

• **Resolving Complex Issues:** Research and resolve intricate recruitment and placement problems or complaints.
• **Providing Expert Advice:** Offer technical guidance to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment strategies and HR policies.
• **Interpreting Regulations:** Explain federal HR regulations, procedures, and determinations to employees, candidates, and supervisors.
• **Managing End-to-End Hiring:** Conduct full lifecycle hiring actions, including job analysis, developing vacancy announcements, applicant screening, adjudicating veterans' preference, preparing selection certificates, setting pay, validating selections, and processing personnel actions.
• *Requirements:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service, specifically in recruitment and placement.
• Must possess and maintain an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Delegated Examining (DE) certification.
