Summary

Seeking an HRIS professional to automate and streamline human resources processes using Salesforce, ServiceNow, and RPA technologies.

Join our team to drive the modernization and automation of critical human resources processes. We are seeking a skilled professional to analyze, design, and implement advanced HR information systems and workflows.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and optimize workflows to enhance HR and system-based business processes.
  • Analyze, streamline, and automate HR operations using advanced software platforms.
  • Ensure technical processes align with HR management principles for successful system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies to improve HR efficiency.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal grade level, performing duties similar to those listed above.
  • Proficiency with advanced software development tools and platforms, including:
* Salesforce * Microsoft Dynamics 365 * ServiceNow
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, such as:
* UiPath * Microsoft Power Automate
