Job Description
Summary
Analyze HR data, research policies, and recommend improvements for workforce development and promotion programs.
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to analyze HR data, research policies, and provide recommendations to enhance workforce programs. This role involves utilizing automated systems and supporting employee development and promotion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, analyze, and present human resources data using automated systems.
- Research and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- Analyze data to develop and present human resource recommendations for employee development, assessment, and promotion initiatives.
- (For GS-11) Assist with implementing surveys and assessments for workforce development and promotion programs.
Requirements:
For GS-09:
- Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS-07 level performing duties similar to those listed above.
- Education: A Master's or equivalent graduate degree (LL.B., J.D.), or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a relevant field.
- Combination: An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education.
For GS-11:
- Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS-09 level performing duties similar to those listed above, including assisting with program assessments.
- Education: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree (LL.M.), or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a relevant field.
- Combination: An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education.
