## Employee Relations Specialist (GS-13)
We are seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance and develop policies for complex employee relations (ER) matters within the Federal service.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess employee relations challenges to develop new or enhanced program policies and guidance.
- Provide authoritative advisory services and policy interpretations on intricate and sensitive ER cases.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, applying sound judgment.
- Interpret and apply federal regulations, including Title 5 & 10 U.S.C., OPM, EEOC, MSPB, and relevant court decisions.
- Offer expert oral and written communication consultation to managers and supervisors across all levels.
- **Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level (or comparable if outside federal service). This experience must include:
- **Competencies:** Proven expertise in Communication, Employee Relations, and Policy Development.
- **Federal Applicants:** Must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher. Applicants must clearly demonstrate how their experience meets the required competencies within their resume.
