Summary
Lead policy development, grievance system management, and complex issue resolution at the GS-13 level.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and enhance our organizational grievance system and policy framework. This role involves significant responsibility in policy development, program implementation, and expert problem-solving.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, update, and implement policies, processes, and procedures for the grievance system.
- Formulate, update, and evaluate broader organizational policies and programs, recommending changes to senior leadership.
- Provide expert guidance and make final determinations on complex issues escalated by junior staff.
- Collaborate on work products and assess outcomes to ensure program effectiveness.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Qualified at the GS-13 level.
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, demonstrating proficiency in:
- (For Federal applicants) Served 52 weeks at the GS-12 level or higher.
