Job Description

Summary

Lead policy development, grievance system management, and complex issue resolution at the GS-13 level.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and enhance our organizational grievance system and policy framework. This role involves significant responsibility in policy development, program implementation, and expert problem-solving.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop, update, and implement policies, processes, and procedures for the grievance system.
  • Formulate, update, and evaluate broader organizational policies and programs, recommending changes to senior leadership.
  • Provide expert guidance and make final determinations on complex issues escalated by junior staff.
  • Collaborate on work products and assess outcomes to ensure program effectiveness.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Qualified at the GS-13 level.
  • Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, demonstrating proficiency in:
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures, particularly for grievance systems. * Evaluating programs and making strategic recommendations. * Resolving complex issues and providing authoritative guidance.
  • (For Federal applicants) Served 52 weeks at the GS-12 level or higher.
