Summary
Lead DoD Strategic Human Capital Planning, workforce development, and implement community-wide HR solutions and platforms.
Join our team as a GS-14 Human Capital Specialist, contributing to critical DoD workforce initiatives. This role requires significant experience in strategic human capital planning, HR operations, and platform development.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Strategic Human Capital Planning (SHCP) across DoD Functional Communities.
- Apply expertise in DoDI 1400.25 Vol 250 to define HR roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with OPM, Presidential, and DoD initiatives.
- Establish standardized, community-wide HR solutions and platforms.
- Leverage platforms like Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SharePoint for site development.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service.
- In-depth understanding of DoD HR workforce technical specialties and communities of practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in the responsibilities listed above.
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
