Summary
Seeking an experienced HR professional for a GS-13 role, specializing in federal position classification, organizational design, and advisory services.
Seeking a highly experienced Human Resources professional with at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in federal service. This role requires comprehensive expertise in federal position management and classification.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide expert advice and consultative services on federal position management and classification principles.
- Interpret and apply federal classification standards to determine appropriate pay plan, occupational series, title, and grade for various positions.
- Conduct comprehensive desk audits and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Lead organizational design projects, including realignments and workforce planning initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve complex classification and position management-related issues, developing thorough evaluation reports.
