- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert HR policy and regulatory consultation to managers and leaders.
- Offer authoritative input on human capital regulations, principles, and procedures.
- Conduct HR compliance reviews and audits to ensure accountability.
- Contribute to projects focused on formulating and implementing new HR policies and innovative solutions.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience at a senior level (equivalent to GS-13/14 duties) performing similar HR human capital policy and compliance functions.
- Demonstrated experience in HR policy consultation, regulatory guidance, and compliance.
- Experience participating in teams to develop and implement HR solutions.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- *Additional Requirements:**
- Successful completion of a thorough background investigation.
- Meet residency requirements (physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years; exceptions may apply).
