Job Description

Summary

Audit HR delegated examining activities, ensure compliance, and support policy development for federal regulations.

We are seeking an HR Specialist to ensure compliance with federal merit system principles and regulations. This role involves conducting internal audits and contributing to HR policy development.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Participate in internal audits of Delegated Examining (DE) activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with merit system principles and federal regulations.
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of DE policies and procedures.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (federal or private sector).
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in internal audits of DE activities for compliance.
  • Experience assisting in the development or evaluation of DE policies or procedures.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following HR specialties: Classification, Performance Management, or Recruitment and Placement.
