This GS-13 position seeks a dedicated Human Resources professional to contribute to organizational effectiveness.
- *Key Responsibilities & Experience:**
- Reviewing HR policies for potential impacts on the organization's mission.
- Adapting organizational policies and regulations for practical team use.
- Monitoring HR programs to ensure they achieve their intended purpose.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Time-in-Grade (Federal Applicants):** Must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher in Federal Service.
- **Specialized Experience:** At least one year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (Federal or comparable non-federal) in the core responsibilities outlined above.
