Summary
Seeking a Federal HR Specialist to process personnel actions, manage files, and ensure policy compliance.
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage and process a variety of personnel actions within the federal service, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role offers opportunities for growth across multiple GS levels.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Process diverse personnel actions using various human resources information systems.
- Review and evaluate employee files, including verifying statuses such as veteran preference.
- Assist with and accurately process pay-setting actions.
- Utilize knowledge of federal human resources policies, concepts, and laws to process requests.
- Contribute to daily HR operations, staffing, and recruiting efforts.
