Summary
Manage and enhance federal reasonable accommodation programs, providing expert guidance and resolving related issues.
This GS-13 position seeks a dedicated specialist to manage and enhance our Reasonable Accommodation (RA) program.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer and oversee the workforce Reasonable Accommodation program.
- Provide expert recommendations and options to management for effective RA solutions.
- Address and resolve RA-related issues and inquiries from customers.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Federal Service:** Minimum 52 weeks experience at the GS-12 level or higher.
- **Specialized Experience:** Proven background in managing RA programs, including problem-solving and offering management recommendations.
- **Competencies:** Demonstrated proficiency in Communication and Reasonable Accommodation Administration.
- **Overall:** Experience, education, and training must be highly relevant to the role's duties.
