Job Description
Lead and develop federal personnel programs, advising on HR operations, labor relations, and workforce planning.
This position requires an experienced Human Resources professional to lead and advise on federal personnel programs. You will leverage your expertise to enhance HR operations, manage complex labor relations, and strategically plan workforce needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, direct, and coordinate federal personnel programs.
* Advise agency leadership and union officials on labor management relations, staffing, workforce projections, and HR regulations.
* Communicate comprehensive knowledge of federal personnel programs to agency leadership, external stakeholders, and government partners.
* Identify and recommend solutions to critical issues impacting HR office effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower federal grade level.
* Experience must demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the duties listed above, equipping you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
