Summary
Experienced Federal HR leader to manage services, ensure compliance, advise on policy, and drive strategic human capital planning.
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources professional to manage and direct federal HR services, ensuring compliance and contributing to strategic human capital initiatives.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and direct the delivery of federal civilian human resources services, including: Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Oversight of Automated Personnel Information Systems, and Employee Development.
- Ensure strict compliance with all governing HR laws and regulations.
- Develop, interpret, and provide expert advice to senior management on human resource policies and administration.
- Contribute strategic input for organizational human capital planning.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- A minimum of one year of specialized HR experience equivalent to the GS-14 federal grade level, or comparable experience in the private or public sector.
- Demonstrated experience in **at least one** of the following areas:
- Experience includes both paid and unpaid/volunteer work.
