Job Description

Seeking an experienced HR Classification Specialist to lead organizational design, advise management, and classify diverse federal positions.
This GS-15 Human Resources Specialist (Classification) position offers a starting salary of $167,603.00. To qualify, candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, which includes: * Conducting position management studies for efficient organizational design. * Advising management on organizational restructures, major realignments, and position management. * Leading Human Resources Classification teams or overseeing program administration. * Classifying diverse job occupations using official standards and guides. Current or former Federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements (52 weeks at GS-14 for GS-15) and submit SF-50 documentation for eligibility verification. All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, is considered. Former political appointees must disclose their status.
