Summary

Seeking an HR Specialist to manage personnel actions, enhance workflows, and lead process improvements across teams.

The DEA is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage critical personnel functions, drive process improvements, and coordinate HR activities across various teams. This role supports the agency's mission through efficient and effective HR operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and process personnel actions.
  • Develop, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative workflows.
  • Identify, support, and lead initiatives for process improvement and automation within HR.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities and ensure seamless collaboration among teams.
  • *Minimum Qualifications:**
Candidates must have at least one year of qualifying specialized HR experience demonstrating relevant skills. Volunteer experience is considered.

  • **For GS-12 Level:**
* Experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, demonstrating: * Maintaining records and submitting personnel actions. * Assisting with updating SOPs and administrative workflows. * Supporting process improvements and automation. * Coordinating HR activities across teams.

  • **For GS-13 Level:**
* Experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, demonstrating: * Maintaining records and submitting personnel actions. * Overseeing updates to SOPs and administrative workflows. * Leading process improvements and automation. * Coordinating HR activities across teams.
