We are seeking experienced professionals to lead strategic organizational change and enhance performance. This role involves driving initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and providing expert analysis.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and lead strategic change initiatives, including organizational assessments, readiness evaluations, and awareness programs.
- Negotiate and collaborate effectively with high-level officials, employees, and diverse internal/external stakeholder groups.
- Synthesize complex data and information into clear, concise written and verbal communications.
- *For GS-13 equivalent:* Conduct in-depth research to inform management decisions on new legislation, program operations, or agency regulations.
- *For GS-13 equivalent:* Provide expert counsel and solutions for intricate organizational challenges requiring detailed analysis of atypical conditions.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **For GS-12 Equivalent:** At least one year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-11 level, demonstrating proficiency in stakeholder negotiation, complex data synthesis, and developing strategic change objectives.
- **For GS-13 Equivalent:** At least one year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-12 level, encompassing all GS-12 competencies plus conducting management research and resolving intricate organizational issues.
- **Core Competencies:** Demonstrated abilities in Communication, Organizational Performance Analysis, and Performance Management are essential.
- Applicants must clearly describe how their experience meets these competencies within their resume.
- Meet federal Time-in-Grade requirements (e.g., 52 weeks at GS-11 for GS-12 entry, or 52 weeks at GS-12 for GS-13 entry) by the closing date, if applicable.
