Summary
Seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage position classification, advise on organizational structures, and conduct evaluations.
Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on position classification and management. We are seeking candidates for both GS-11 and GS-12 levels.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply and interpret position classification and management principles.
- Advise managers on organizational structures, classification changes, and position description development.
- Assess the impact of reorganizations on position management.
- Write comprehensive position classification evaluations.
- *Qualifications:**
- **GS-12:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, demonstrating expertise in classification impact assessment, advisory roles, and evaluation writing.
- **GS-11:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, demonstrating proficiency in applying classification principles, advising managers, and developing position descriptions.
- Experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work.
