Summary
Lead AWS Partner Engagement, overseeing communications, event strategy, and partner experience with 10+ years of marketing expertise.
AWS Marketing is seeking a Head of Partner Engagement to maximize AWS partner investments through strategic communications, events, and experience initiatives. This role is crucial in shaping AWS's industry perception and driving customer growth by fostering strong partner relationships globally.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Partner Communications:** Develop and deliver engaging messaging and relevant updates across diverse channels, linking GTM programs with appropriate partners.
- **Partner Event Strategy:** Strategize and support both in-person and digital events to enable partners and integrate them into key customer engagements.
- **Partner Experience:** Create and execute activations across digital and physical channels that inform, excite, and delight the global partner community.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of professional (non-internship) marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing teams.
- A track record of using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience across traditional and emerging media channels (e.g., TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video, paid social).
- Experience leading initiatives across multiple geographic locales.
