The Head of Partner Engagement at AWS Marketing is crucial for maximizing partner investments by driving strategic engagement, communication, and experience initiatives. This role is central to advancing cloud innovation, shaping industry perception, and accelerating customer growth through compelling narratives and personalized partner journeys.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- **Partner Communications:** Develop and deliver targeted messaging and relevant updates across multiple channels to inform partners.
- **Partner Event Strategy:** Design and execute in-person and digital event strategies, ensuring partner enablement and integration into key customer events.
- **Partner Experience:** Create engaging digital and in-person activations globally to inform, excite, and delight the partner community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to translate complex technology into clear, valuable solutions and impactful programs.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams.
- Proven ability to utilize data and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in driving direction and achieving alignment with cross-functional teams.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience across traditional and emerging media channels (TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video, paid social).
- Experience leading initiatives across multiple geographic locales.
