Summary

Drive Generative AI partner marketing strategies and programs across North America to maximize business impact.

The Generative AI Partner Marketing Manager will drive strategic partner marketing initiatives, focusing on maximizing business impact across North America (NAMER) for Generative AI. This role requires strong relationship management, analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead marketing strategies with diverse stakeholders across the AWS ecosystem.

  • *Location:** This role requires in-office collaboration in one of the following US-based locations: Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; Bellevue, WA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; or Seattle, WA. Relocation assistance is offered only from within the USA.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain robust relationships with NAMER Partner Management, navigating complex dynamics to foster trust and collaboration.
  • **Performance Reporting:** Develop comprehensive reports covering partner marketing performance metrics, activity tracking, AWS program integration, and event participation.
  • **Program Development & Management:** Analyze marketing activities, identify opportunities for investment, build business cases for new programs, and oversee their execution.
  • **Partner Activation & Enablement:** Create and implement partner activation playbooks, enable partners with messaging and best practices, and provide support through third-party agencies.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  • Proven experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Ability to develop and execute campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners, including those with a global footprint.
  • *Compensation:** The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400 to $185,000/year, dependent on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is part of a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
