Gen AI Partner Marketing Manager, AWS North America Partner Marketing

The Gen AI Partner Marketing Manager will drive Generative AI partner marketing initiatives across North America, focusing on maximizing business impact and fostering strong relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with NAMER Partner Management and diverse stakeholders across the AWS ecosystem.
• **Program Development:** Design, build, and oversee comprehensive partner marketing programs, including developing business cases and identifying investment opportunities.
• **Performance Analysis & Reporting:** Develop detailed performance reports, analyzing partner marketing metrics, activity tracking, and AWS program integration.
• **Partner Enablement:** Create and implement partner activation playbooks, enabling partners with effective messaging and best practices, often with support from 3rd party agencies.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• 7+ years of experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to drive program improvements.
• Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Skilled in designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners, ideally with a global footprint.
