• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NAMER Partner Management, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and fostering trust.
• Develop and present comprehensive performance reports covering partner marketing metrics, activity tracking, and AWS program integration.
• Analyze marketing activities, identify opportunities for investment, and build business cases for new programs.
• Oversee program execution, including creating and implementing partner activation playbooks.
• Enable partners with clear messaging, best practices, and support through third-party agencies.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• 7+ years of experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive program improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, charting, and pivot tables.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Capability to develop and execute campaigns across multiple timezones and languages.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Track record of designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
