Join AWS as a Generative AI Partner Marketing Manager, North America (NAMER), to drive impactful partner marketing initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing business growth for Generative AI solutions across the region by building strong relationships, analyzing performance, and executing strategic programs.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Stakeholder Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with NAMER Partner Management, navigating complex dynamics to foster trust and collaboration.
- **Performance Reporting:** Develop and present comprehensive reports on partner marketing performance, activity tracking, AWS program integration, and event participation.
- **Program Development & Execution:** Analyze marketing activities, identify investment opportunities, build business cases for new programs, and oversee their execution from inception to completion.
- **Partner Activation & Enablement:** Create and implement partner activation playbooks, enable partners with key messaging and best practices, and provide support through third-party agencies.
- *Locations:** Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; Bellevue, WA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Seattle, WA. Relocation support is available within the USA. This role requires in-office collaboration.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics (Excel/Tableau proficiency for manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables) to drive improvements.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners, especially those with a global footprint.
- *Compensation:** The base salary for this position ranges from $106,400 to $185,000 per year, based on location and experience. A comprehensive total compensation package, including equity and benefits, is provided.
