(Fms) Management Analyst Ops Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operations. This role requires experience with specialized systems and strong administrative skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Utilize Defense Security Assistance Management Systems (DSAMS) to prepare Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and amendments.
• Manage and maintain database files, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at the GS-04/NH-01 level in Federal service or equivalent.
• Proficiency with management information systems and office automation applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to use DSAMS.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining files with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
