Summary
Seeking a Financial Analyst to manage financial oversight, budget execution, and provide strategic financial analysis and reporting.
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to manage crucial financial operations, budget processes, and provide insightful analysis for senior management. This role requires expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes and effectively communicating findings.
- *Key Responsibilities & Abilities:**
- Conduct financial oversight, implement procurement policies, and manage budget formulation and execution.
- Research and analyze a wide variety of financial and budgetary issues to develop and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise oral and written communications, including briefings and reports, for higher-level managers.
- *Qualification Requirements:**
- *To qualify at the GS-12 level:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level, demonstrating proficiency in all key responsibilities listed above.
- *To qualify at the GS-11 level:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level, demonstrating ability in financial/budgetary issue analysis and communication to management; or
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or
- 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
- *To qualify at the GS-10 level:**
- A Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree; or
- 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
- *General Requirements:**
- All education must be completed in a college or university in the U.S. (Transcripts are required for verification).
- Relevant paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
- Your resume must clearly document all qualifying experience (including months and hours worked per week) and not exceed two pages.
