Summary

Seeking Financial Management Analysts (GS-09/11) to manage budgets, ensure compliance, and conduct financial analysis.

We are seeking dedicated Financial Management Analysts (GS-09/GS-11) to support critical financial operations. This role focuses on budget management, compliance, and providing data-driven financial insights within a federal environment.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Identify and resolve funding discrepancies.
  • Assist with fiscal year funding close-out activities.
  • Collect, review, analyze, and consolidate budget data.
  • Participate in developing financial management plans.
  • Research and provide essential financial information to stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial forms and documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • *GS-09 Level (Starting Salary: $69,923):**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level, performing duties such as identifying funding issues, assisting in fiscal year close-out, and analyzing budget data.
  • **Education:** A master's or equivalent graduate degree, LL.B., J.D., or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a field relevant to the position's work.
  • **Combination:** A combination of qualifying specialized experience and graduate education.
  • *GS-11 Level (Starting Salary: $84,601):**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, performing duties such as participating in financial plan development, providing information to stakeholders, preparing compliance documents, and conducting financial analyses.
  • **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, LL.M., or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a field relevant to the position's work.
  • **Combination:** A combination of qualifying specialized experience and graduate education.
  • *General Requirements:**
  • All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
  • Current or former federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements and submit SF-50(s) as proof of eligibility.
  • Current or former political appointees must disclose their status to Human Resources.
