Summary
Seeking a licensed Master's/Doctoral-level FAP Manager with 5+ years post-licensure clinical experience to lead family advocacy programs.
We are seeking a highly qualified Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Manager to lead and oversee critical human services and mental health support. This role involves managing a clinical program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and providing direct services to families.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise clinicians within a clinical program.
- Provide counseling and treatment for child abuse and domestic abuse cases.
- Gather data, prepare reports, and analyze work assignments.
- Plan, organize, and execute program goals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding family advocacy, violence, and child abuse.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, safety procedures, and customer service policies.
- Serve in an 'on-call' duty status for emergencies outside of normal work hours.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Master's or Doctoral degree in a human service and/or mental health professional field from an accredited university.
- **Licensure:** Highest state or national licensure in good standing in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy, authorizing independent clinical practice. (Photocopy required with application).
