Seeking a senior executive to lead complex federal investigative operations, ensuring efficiency and upholding the rule of law.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive to lead complex criminal and administrative investigative operations within the Federal government. This pivotal role demands a commitment to upholding the U.S. Constitution and enhancing government efficiency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage criminal and administrative investigative operations/programs for a large, complex organization.
- Ensure all investigative activities strictly adhere to applicable standards and guidelines.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- *1. Technical Qualification (TQ):**
- Expert knowledge of and extensive experience leading criminal and administrative investigative operations/programs for a large, complex organization.
- *2. Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) - *Demonstrated in Resume*:**
- **Commitment to Rule of Law & American Founding:** Uphold the Constitution and serve the American people.
- **Driving Efficiency:** Strategically manage resources, budget effectively, and implement process/technological upgrades.
- **Merit and Competence:** Consistently produce work of exceptional quality.

- **Achieving Results:** Deliver individual and organizational results aligned with strategic goals.
- *Experience Requirements:**
- Progressively responsible leadership experience demonstrating senior executive-level managerial capability.
- Experience typically equivalent to or above the Federal GS-15 level (or comparable in state/local government, private sector, or non-governmental organizations).
