Job Description

Lead and manage comprehensive EEO programs, advising senior leaders on policy, compliance, and systemic improvements.
We are seeking a highly experienced Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Manager. This role requires a professional capable of leading and managing critical EEO programs and advising senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and direct major Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs, including Complaint Processing (CPP) and Military Equal Opportunity (MEO). * Serve as a primary advisor to executive leadership, personnel, supervisors, and managers on EEO discrimination issues, program objectives, and affirmative employment. * Provide leadership in the formulation, execution, and management of EEO program policies. * Develop and implement internal complaint process policies in accordance with EEOC and DoD guidelines. * Establish goals and objectives to resolve systemic EEO problems and raise awareness agency-wide. * Conduct studies and analyses of management practices, organizational structures, and employment patterns to ensure compliance and identify improvements. **Qualifications:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, managing complex EEO programs.
