Summary
Provide emergency response and support, assisting individuals and maintaining physical readiness in demanding environments.
This demanding role requires robust physical capabilities and strong professional competencies to ensure safety and provide essential support in challenging environments.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide immediate emergency care, including CPR, from standing or kneeling positions.
- Assist sick, injured, or aging individuals (detainees or staff), potentially requiring lifting, dragging, or carrying.
- Maintain physical readiness for active duties, including walking, jogging, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Operate effectively and without physical limitations in stressful and austere environments.
- *Required Qualifications & Skills:**
- **Communication & Interpersonal:** Superior oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
- **Analytical & Organizational:** Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and track data. Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- **Technical:** Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- **Teamwork:** Proven ability to work collaboratively across different organizational units.
