This role requires a highly competent individual with strong professional skills and significant physical capabilities. **Key Competencies & Skills:** * Exceptional verbal and written communication for policy design, program development, and agency-wide education. * Strong analytical skills to synthesize, track, and interpret data. * Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Superior organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making capabilities. * Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational units. **Physical Requirements:** * Capable of walking unaided for up to 5 minutes and maintaining balance. * Ability to jog or fast walk up to ¼ mile. * Proficient in performing CPR and emergency care, standing or kneeling. * Must be able to assist sick, injured, or aging individuals (e.g., detainees, staff) exiting a building, potentially requiring lifting, dragging, wheeling, or carrying someone significantly heavier. * Requires functional vision, hearing, and smell (with aids if necessary). * Ability to easily alternate between kneeling and standing. * Capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 30 pounds. * Must perform duties without physical limitations in stressful and often austere environments.
