Lead Reboot Monkey's global digital marketing strategy, driving brand presence, lead generation, and traffic for our B2B tech services.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel digital marketing strategies and performance campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Design and optimize conversion funnels to generate sales-qualified leads, collaborating closely with sales and talent teams.
  • Create and oversee high-impact content (blogs, social posts, newsletters, case studies) ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Implement advanced SEO/SEM strategies, manage paid campaigns with a focus on ROI, and analyze performance using GA4, SEMrush, and similar tools.
  • Oversee website strategy and optimization (UX, SEO, lead capture), including A/B testing and CRO experiments.
  • Explore digital partnerships, guest posting, and backlink-building strategies to expand brand reach.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech or IT services.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, WordPress, Pipedrive, and Canva.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and design abilities.
  • Data-oriented mindset with deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a remote-first, agile environment.
