Summary
Proactive Website Performance Manager to drive automotive client relationships, retention, and digital strategy for dealerships.
We are seeking a proactive **Website Performance Manager** to own client relationships and drive website product vision for automotive dealerships. This full-time, remote position requires residency in the Continental U.S., with Eastern or Central time zones preferred.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring customer needs are prioritized.
- Proactively monitor website performance, triaging issues, and providing instant solutions for dealerships.
- Execute monthly performance reporting covering KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
- Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests to leadership.
- Communicate priorities, timelines, and guidance to clients with responsiveness.
- Leverage Salesforce for product backlogs, case tracking, and efficiency monitoring.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell, expansion, and upgrade opportunities.
- Drive client retention by effectively managing account progress and results.
- Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to deliver streamlined service and support.
- Provide recommendations for site performance and enhancements (creative services, design, third-party advisements).
- *What You'll Bring:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- **2-3+ years of experience in automotive digital advertising account management (REQUIRED).**
- Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations.
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels within a dealership.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
- Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.).
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship management capabilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive, resilient, and determined attitude.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy concepts, and Google Analytics.
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
