## Senior AI Project Manager, Marketing & Communications

Join our team to lead the strategy, integration, and execution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within the Marketing and Communications department. This role identifies high-impact AI opportunities and drives end-to-end implementation from concept through deployment, managing large-scale, complex projects to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and management of project resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Provide end-to-end project management support, including reporting, tracking deliverables, and documentation.
• Act as a liaison across teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective goal alignment and project progress.
• Motivate and direct cross-functional project teams within a matrixed environment.
• Evaluate project implications, recommend improvements, and provide strategic advisory.
• Translate business needs into technology action plans and effectively communicate with all organizational levels, including executives.
• Foster a culture of innovation by helping teams experiment, measure performance, and scale successful AI use cases.

### Qualifications:

• **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field; or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
• **Experience:** 5+ years as a Project Manager or Team Lead, with experience managing large budgets.

### Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum project methodologies and principles.
• Experience in digital transformation or technology implementation roles within a large organization, particularly using AI for marketing and communications.
• Experience establishing standards, governance, responsible use guidelines, and SOPs for AI technologies.
• Background in training team members on technology tools, best practices, and responsible AI use.

### Required Skills:

• Strategic project planning and lifecycle development.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level facilitation skills.
• Ability to establish relationships and influence across all levels of leadership, including the C-Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills to synthesize complex data into clear, concise executive presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

### Salary Range: $82,728 - $164,307
