Seeking a senior leader to drive federal government efficiency, strategic operations, and small business development.
## Senior Executive Service (SES) Leader
We are seeking a highly committed and experienced leader to join the Senior Executive Service (SES). This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of the Federal government, upholding the rule of law, and serving the American people.
### Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
- **Organizational & Change Management:** Demonstrated experience in managing and analyzing organizational operations, leading major organizational changes, and effectively managing financial and human capital to achieve strategic goals.
- **Small Business Development:** Proven ability to create, manage, or consult on small business development programs, with clear examples of measurable outcomes such as increased business revenue or job creation.
- **Strategic Planning & Operational Efficiency:** Essential experience in formulating and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This includes fostering synergy and cross-collaboration between headquarters and field operations, particularly for initiatives supporting business capital access, disaster response, innovation, and investment programs.
- *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) - *Required for new SES entrants*:**
- **Commitment to Rule of Law & Founding Principles:** Demonstrated knowledge of the American system of government, commitment to uphold the Constitution, the rule of law, and dedication to public service.
- **Driving Efficiency:** Proven ability to strategically and efficiently manage resources, budget effectively, eliminate wasteful spending, and pursue efficiency through process and technological upgrades.
- **Merit and Competence:** Consistently producing work of exceptional quality, demonstrating high levels of knowledge, ability, and technical competence.
- **Leading People:** Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving organizational vision, mission, and goals, fostering a high-performance, high-accountability culture, and effectively leading through change.
- **Achieving Results:** Demonstrated success in achieving both individual and organizational results, ensuring alignment with stated goals.
- Your resume must be **no more than two pages**.
- Clearly demonstrate experience, education, and accomplishments relevant to all **Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs)** and **Technical Qualifications (TQs)** within your resume.
