Summary

- Utilize observational techniques and evaluate facts to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Make informed determinations that may lead to arrests, property seizure, fines, or penalties based on findings.
- Perform inspection work at borders, seaports, airports, or other ports of entry.
