Manage critical correspondence and task workflows, providing administrative and executive support for efficient communication.
Join our team as a Correspondence and Task Management Specialist, responsible for managing critical communications and ensuring efficient workflow. This role supports effective information exchange and executive decision-making within a dynamic environment.
- *Responsibilities (May include, but are not limited to):**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing tasks and correspondence.
- Provide expert guidance on formatting, templates, sensitivity classifications, and approval processes for official documents.
- Implement and manage systems for tracking correspondence, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize advanced correspondence and task management systems to analyze and process various levels of communication.
- Review, edit, and finalize correspondence to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Offer administrative advice, guidance, and assistance to customers and executive-level leadership.
- Proactively manage and adjust suspense dates and task assignments to maintain operational efficiency.
- *Requirements:**
- *GS-09 Level:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level, demonstrating:
- **Education (may substitute for experience):**
- *GS-11 Level:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, demonstrating:
- **Education (may substitute for experience):**
- *Combined Education and Experience:**
- Equivalent combinations of specialized experience and education may be used to meet the total qualification requirements for both GS-09 and GS-11 levels.
