Job Description

Summary

Oversee government correspondence, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely responses, and problem resolution for priority control systems.

This role manages critical correspondence, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing within a government setting. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of correspondence, from initial receipt to historical data management, and for resolving system-related issues.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage accurate record-keeping for all correspondence throughout its lifecycle, including historical data.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the status of both routine and priority correspondence.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to address and resolve problems within the priority control system.
  • Ensure all responses are prepared and dispatched in a timely manner.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent, performing duties similar to those outlined above.
  • Ability to qualify for the GS-12 grade level.
