Correctional Program Officer (Regional Correctional Programs Administrator)

We are seeking a highly experienced correctional professional for a key administrative and supervisory role.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee and administer correctional programs, including case and unit management.
• Provide expert program guidance and consult with senior leadership.
• Evaluate case management services, including special offender referrals.
• Develop and deliver training, representing correctional program philosophy.
• Lead and direct staff activities, ensuring high standards and effective operations.
• Understand and address challenges related to inmate custody, treatment, training, and release.
• *Required Experience & Skills:**
• Minimum of one year specialized experience directly related to correctional programs and techniques, equivalent to the next lower grade level.
• Proven ability to effectively work with inmates and staff in a correctional environment.
• Demonstrated success in a supervisory or administrative role within a correctional program.
• Comprehensive knowledge of correctional institution policies, programs, and procedures.
• Experience training subordinates, coordinating functions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
