## Procurement/Contracting Specialist (NH-03 / GS-11 Equivalent)
Seeking a highly skilled Procurement/Contracting Specialist to manage and execute complex acquisition processes, providing critical support and guidance on procurement strategies.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on procurement requests, ensuring clarity, adequacy, and completeness.
- Perform comprehensive pre-award and post-award contractual functions, including determining procurement methods, contract types, and documenting acquisition strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate cost and pricing data to ensure reasonableness.
- Negotiate contract modifications, including changes in price, terms, conditions, and overhead rates.
- *Education:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution.

- **Specific Federal Contracting Exemptions (served on or before September 30, 2000):**

- A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band (Federal or private sector) demonstrating proficiency in:
