## Contract Specialist (GS-14)
Join our team as a highly skilled Contract Specialist, responsible for managing complex federal acquisitions and providing expert procurement guidance.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement instruments for a wide range of supplies and services.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including pre-award, administration, and closeout.
- Conduct in-depth price and cost analyses for contract actions.
- Serve as an expert consultant to management on acquisition planning and strategy.
- Develop and implement local policies and procedures for various contracting actions.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. (Note: Specific exemptions may apply for current DoD 1102 personnel or military equivalents employed prior to October 1, 2000. Transcripts are required.)
- **Specialized Experience (GS-13 equivalent):** One year of experience demonstrating expertise in:
