**Physical Demands & Emergency Response:**

* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (6-8 hours) and perform repeated bending motions. * Capable of lifting objects over 30 pounds. * Must be able to perform CPR and emergency care, including standing or kneeling. * Ability to assist sick, injured, or aging individuals, which may involve lifting, dragging, or carrying persons significantly heavier than oneself. * Possess physical characteristics necessary for emergency situations, such as running short distances.

**Work Environment:**

**Administrative & Travel:**

* Requires average manual dexterity for computer operation and extended phone use. * Willingness to travel up to 30%. * Licensed clinicians or administration specialists must be available for annual Temporary Duty (TDY) of a minimum of 30 days to support field operations.
